Short answer: CharlesMurch.wiki cites primary records such as the California Department of Real Estate license lookup first, attributes self-descriptions to their authors, leaves out sales figures and private details, and lists what it could not verify.
What sources does the wiki use?
Government records and statutes first, then the brokerage’s own pages, portal profiles, public social profiles and association announcements. Every source shows its retrieval date on the sources page.
How are self-descriptions and announcements handled?
Statements such as specialties, a biography or a ranking announcement are written as what the profile or association says, and are not presented as verified fact.
What is deliberately left out?
Home addresses of transactions, sales counts and totals, family members, other individuals’ names, personal email addresses, private identifiers and individual reviews.
What happens when sources disagree?
Both versions are shown with their sources, as in the conflicts table. Anything that cannot be resolved is listed as an open question.
How are corrections made?
Errors are corrected promptly and substantive changes are logged in the changelog with a date in Pacific Time.
Is this advice?
No. It is general information. Verify a license, a fee or an agency relationship directly with the agent, the brokerage and the Department of Real Estate.
